This week’s Tip:

Take Care of Yourself

When you look good you feel good!  Take extra time to make sure you are putting your best foot forward.  Lay your clothes out for tomorrow (or even the week!), so you can present yourself as calm cool and collected instead of disheveled.

Mentally prep yourself for what the next day and week ahead may look like. The more ready you are, the more confident you will feel.  If you know you have a meeting, take a second to jot down a few notes. Anything you can do to help arm yourself will help.

Most importantly — go to bed early.  Make sure you have the proper rest you need to start your week strong.  Nothing is worse than trying to play catch up on rest all. week. long.
