Kids Don’t Like Racisim, They like Equality and Love

Over the past few weeks — a certain Cheerios commercial received soo much criticism that the comments had to be turned off and removed from the video completely.

What could be so wrong with a Cheerios commercial? Well for “adults” it seems to be the depiction of a biracial family…

However, in a Fine Bros series, they determined that for kids…it’s nothing.  In fact the video below documents their emotional outrage at the mere fact that somebody might not only judge a person for the color of their skin, but also for who they choose to marry.  They understand what equality and love truly is.

The video is extremely insightful, and the kids are wise beyond their years.  Let’s just hope they aren’t influenced too much by us “adults”.

a few quotes from the kids:

“It’s just the color of their skin, what matters is if they’re nice or mean”

“I thought Martin Luther King spoke against this and fixed this already”

“[Marriage] really just depends on their heart and if they really love me”

“Underneath it, you’re literally the same. You have organs and a heart”

“Some people just fall in love like that.”
