Simplicity is definitely a goal of mine, and I have no problems admitting that in my journey I have often muddled it with simplistic ideals.  I don’t even know how I come across these things anymore — but there’s a whole speech geared towards my predicament.  If you have the time — better yet you need to make time, to watch this incredibly inspiring keynote speech given by Gerr Reynolds at the 2009 Synergy Conference at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
